Pancho V - CEO/Artist

Artist, songwriter and CEO of Salty Water Records, Pancho V (born Richard Bustamante Jr.), came out of Galveston Island (Texas) as one of the pioneers of Latin Hardcore (Gangster Rap) in South Texas. Born and raised in the streets of Galveston, TX, PanchoV created and influenced a movement that tore the South with its tough, real, and raw lyrics and beats.
